Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Albae. If for any reason you're not, you may be eligible to return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Not be altered or modified in any way
  • Not be worn or used
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories

 

How to Request a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@albae.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our dedicated support team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank processing times may vary, but you can expect to see the refund reflected in your account within a few business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and credit card statement to ensure it wasn't processed. If you're still unable to locate the refund, contact us at support@albae.shop and we'll investigate the matter further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received an item that's not in perfect condition, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we may request photos or other documentation to facilitate the process.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. This will also provide you with proof of delivery, which may be required in case of a lost or missing return.
